Slow Type

Just wondering. I have an imac Lion with 12 gigs of memory and eery
time I use the type on Eazy Draw, everything enters slo mo.
Particularly when editing type or selecting a different color.
Ridiculously slow. Am I alone, and simply overlooking something, or is

Scaling Stroke to Stay Proportional

Is there a way to scale the stroke so that it stays proportional to other shapes? I have a lot of comic characters that get resized constantly, and am unable to find a way to keep everything proportional. I know that Inkscape had a stroke scaling option, but I am unsure how to do so in EazyDraw.... more »

Problem with distribute edges.

Hi, I have a problem with "distribute edges" feature. The first thing
is that at the opening of dialog window random numbers appear (in
"right to left" and "bottom to top") and every time I accept it the

how can i join 2 beziers?

i draw 2 beziers. then i want to join one edge of bezier A to one edge
of bezier B. as a result i will have one bezier. after this join i
want to edit all vertices by selecting new bezier. i dont want welded
bezier because it makes control points different.

Unable to select green gradient handle on second object

When I have two objects with a shade or spot gradient, I seem to be
unable to select the green handle to change the orientation of the
gradient. I can select and move the handle on the first object, but
every time I try to click on the second object's green handle I can't
seem to select it in any way. Is there something I may be missing?... more »

Ability to select output size on export

When using Fireworks years ago, I was able to select an output size on
export. For example, I may have a logo that I created at say 1000 x
1000 pixels, but on export I was able to resize it to 500 x 500
pixels. Then I could go in and export again at say 250 x 250 pixels
without affecting the original document. Is there such an option in... more »

Selecting objects on multiple layers

Hi is it possible select items on multiple layers? my work around atm is to save a copy of my file and flatten the layers, but this is not ideal by any means. I want to select all the items on various layers then make a copy and paste them back onto the same layers. Thanks for your help.

Format Text as a List

Forgive me if I am overlooking something really obvious, but is there
a way to format text as a list? (bullet, number, etc) I am not seeing
that anywhere.

final version with appleworks translation?

I'm currently on version 3.6.2. Is there a final version 3 that will
still translate Appleworks drawings? I'm not moving to Lion any time
soon, and I'll be nibbling away at my .cwk files, converting to ezd,
for quite a while.
