Cannot open existing files

Hi all :

I am a very new user of EazyDraw. Have played around with it after
downloading it from Apple. Managed to create files with some text
typed in. But my problem is it doesn't seem to be able to open an
existing file at all. When right click an image file and choose
EazyDraw, EazyDraw opens with a white blank window. When the same
file is opened by PaintBrush, everything is fine. In my case,
EazyDraw cannot open file a simple test file created by itself...

Please help.

I would email eazydraw support. As always, when you contact a support
team with a problem it is a good idea to include the trouble file, the
version of OS X, and the version and build number of the application
(which you get from the About EazyDraw palette).
