is http to https rpc possible?

I'm suddenly having problems with a previously working easyxdm setup.
I made a bunch of changes and i'm now having trouble pinning down the
cause. I'm seeing this error in google chrome.

1468. Domains, protocols and ports must match.

I could not find this information readily available. is a HTTP
consumer to HTTPS provider rpc possible with easyXDM?

Sure it is.
Now, what causes this particular error to show up in your error log can be all sorts of stuff, most not related to easyXDM.

I'm afraid you'll have to do some good old debugging on this one. You do use git and git bisect right? ;)
