freezing!!

when I click on select folder on device (Ipaq 2490) a message appears
saying "loading folders, please wait..." It just hangs there as if
frozen.

any help?

I cannot help you but, it happens just the same to me. But the strange
thing is that I also use a hx2490, much coincidence ¿¡?! Now we are
two to be helped.

We are aware of such problem, but the reason of it is outside our
product and we can't influence it. However we've inserted some checks
for a connection between your device and you computer (possible reason
of freezing) in latest version of Easy Sync. May be this will help.

All,

I had the same problem with my hx2790. The only solution I found was
to change software to MightySync (cost was $5.00 usd). It was not as
well packaged, but it performed everything EasySync was advertising,
and it worked on a hx2790. It does not appear to be an HP problem, or
the authors at MightySync have found a solution.

The cost was a whole lot better also.

I am 100% converted and back up and running with all the capabilites
of a pre-ActiveSync4 upgrade.

I'm disappointed at the response of EasySync's creators blaming HP.
