Pemda Mentawai dengan Koordinasi BPBD Provinsi dan BPBD Kabupaten Mentawai
telah menyusun Renaksi Mentawai dan agency response yang bapak/ibu kirimkan
menjadi bagian dari dokumen perencanaan Rehab dan Rekon Mentawai. Untuk
membantu masing-masing PJOK dalam menyusun detail rencana anggaran, Bidang
Rehab dan Rekon BPBD mengharapkan bantuan bapak dan ibu untuk dapat
menyertakan/melengkapi agency response tersebut dengan rencana biaya dari
masing-masing kegiatan dimaksud. Mohon dapat kompilasi kembali oleh UNRC, di
emailkan kepada zulfa.o...@gmail.com, harapan kami rencana anggaran biaya
tersebut sudah dapat di terima paling lambat minggu depan, Rabu 2 Maret
2011.

collected and compiled last month; those agencies are:

The District Government of Mentawai, in coordination with the Provincial and
District BPBD have finished in developing the Action Plan for Mentawai Early
Recovery Plan, where the Agency Responses is an integral part. To support
the appointed PJOKs (person in charge for sector recovery plan) in compiling
detailed budget plan, the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction's Section of the
Provincial BPBD this time requested to have your support in providing
budgets (at least estimations) of your early recovery activities as listed
in the Agency Response. Kindly share this to UNRC/HC (to
zulfa.o...@gmail.com) hopefully before Wednesday, 2 March 2011.
