  <title type="text">Follow up on Friday Night at Hicklory</title>

  An untrue rumor is around that there is a landing fee at Hickory. Such is NOT the case. There is a ramp fee if one parks on the north side of the terminal at the FBO, but no charge of any kind if parking in front of the terminal. Upon reporting in to ATC, tell them you are inbound for lunch or dinner and they will direct you to turn on A2 and go straight to the terminal and park in front, no charge. A decent aeronautical museum is also present inside the terminal, as well as several military planes on static display outside.
