It looks great... I'll write up a line or 2 about our "charter" with long term goals and how we got to this point. (The school selection process).
Our need exists primarily because schools have been left out of the solar cell incentive programs primarily because they can't take the tax credit because they are non-profit/government to begin with and there is little political will to change the incentives to work for schools. Also, the current 'solutions' involve district wide commitment to a industry cartel (BofA and PG&E) who have a pretty good deal, but it works out much better for them than the school. If the school can raise their own capital, solar panels are a double win. Reduce energy bill + contribute extra watts back to the community...
