DynaTree does not work with jQueryUI 1.8 (rc3)

I couldn't find anyone knowing about this, so I wanted to say that
DynaTree does not work with jQueryUI 1.8rc3 - which is probably not
going to change much when finally released - soon.

I'm afraid I'm not clever enough to be able to say why, but it just
works when I include jquery.ui.core-1.7.2.js and does nothing when I
include jquery.ui.core-1.8rc3.js
I'm using the technique of initializing the tree using 'ul'

I just added some notes and possibly a temporary work-around to the
jQuery UI 1.7 -> 1.8 issues on the TODO ticket. It has got us unstuck
while using 1.8RC2 (having checked RC3 yet). Root issues appear to be
with API changes in 1.8. Let me know if I can help.
