Dear all,
after trying to find a reasonably priced venue in New Zealand, and
coming to the conclusion that everything is either very expensive (the
NZ dollar is very strong at present) or extremely unhelpful to deal
with, I have finally given up and found a venue in the UK instead (in
Great Malvern, between Birmingham and Hereford, a Victorian spa town
set on a range of picturesque hills). However, the only dates
available are:

June 11-14 (monday-thursday)
July 31-Aug 3 (tuesday-friday)

I was planning to simply book the latter, but Peter Struss pointed out
that for many Europeans, that's in the middle of holiday times. The
problem with the first one is that it's rather soon, so we'll have to
have a fairly accelerated submission/reviewing period.

So... I've set up a doodle poll. Please bear in mind when answering
that the June date will mean papers are due around April 20, while the
later date allows submissions in mid-may and a slightly longer
reviewing/revision period. My preference would be to use this date,
but if that would be a serious problem for people, I'd like to know!

The poll link is:http://www.doodle.com/td4erfy54mfu8bpa

I'll be away from my email until March 22, so my proposal is to close
off the poll the 24th, just in case there are any further questions.

Regards,

Richard.
