Hedgehog Party - DJ Wanted!

If you’ve been to the past couple of Convention you’ll remember that
the Hedgehog Party is usually DJed by the very shiny Shevek.
Unfortunately, he’s unable to make it to the Convention this time
(understandable as he’s resident in the US now, not to mention having
worked hard as Tech Chief for two Cons running). So we’re looking for
either an alternative shiny DJ, or alternative music ideas.

If there are any good DJs amongst us, we’d love to hear from you! We
need someone with a sound system and plenty of cheesy party hits, who
is able to DJ for the Hedgehog Party. This usually starts at around
10 pm and goes on until the small hours. If this can be you, please

Alternatively, if there’s anyone who can bring in a stereo and doesn’t
mind us playing a selection of CDs on it, please let us know! If we
go with this option we’ll let people know closer to the time so that
anyone who wants to bring along a CD or two can do so.

I will have a stereo with me for dance workshops, which I can loan to the hedgehog party if you don't find anything better.

Will be a shame that shevek isn't going to be there :(

Can bring music in MP3/iPod format along with me (probably will have
it anyway), though depends on what tastes people have ;)

depending on if and when work sort out my shortage of pay i may have a speaker set that would run off a 3.5mm audio jack,

so if someone had a laptop/mac with a large amount of music or ipods then it may work,

but as i said it all depends of if and when work decide to give me the rest of my monies :)
