In Delhi, Excise Deptt. is not ready to shut the wine shop in or close to residential areas, schools, in local market (LSC) at Dwarka for example a shop in DDA LSC (Post Office Market) in sec.6.  Returning RTI's filed by Shri Pradeep Bansal on baseless objections like why he sent the IPO of Rs. 20 instead of Rs. 10 and so on.
