This is personal email from me. I hope it would give some of you idea how unite a residents could deal how mighty some corrupt people may think they are and get away. After all truth shall prevail and justice is guranteed. Its not an easy task but if your fellow residents support and stand with truth then it the win for the Truth.

 

One need to try to resolve within and if such people dont listen then you will be left with no other option.

After all we can't accept irregularities and mismanagement of Coopertive Societies.

 

CBI ‘s FORMER DIRECTOR HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED from Housing Society MANAGEMENT BY Court of Registrar of Delhi Cooperative Societies.

 

The Managing Committee headed by former CBI Director and IPS, Shri Joginder Singh of Nav Sansad Vihar, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi has been superseded by the Registrar of Co-operative Society u/s 37(1) of DCS Act 2003. 

 

In an order, A.B. Shukla (IAS), Registrar said that the Committee has been superseded for not providing the records to the auditors (for 3 years audit were not conducted), for issuing wrong minutes of the General Body increasing monthly maintenance from Rs. 1,200 to 2,900 without General Body Approval, not following direction of Registrar in terms of Right to Information fee Rs. 15000 charged instead of Rs. 10, for turning down Members request for Special General Body and for not following the procedure while filling up vacancies of two flats. The RCS has also said that the proper time has not been given to it for uploading these vacancies on its website and the Managing Committee has fixed the price of these flats arbitrarily. The RCS Court appointed Shri. SP Marwah (Retd IAS and former State Election Commissioner) as Administrator.  RCS also appointed the Returning officer for conducting the election.

 

The Registrar also debarred u/s 35(7) (d) DCS Act 2003, Mr. Joginder Singh from contesting society elections for not conducting Audit within stipulated time.

Congrats to all common residents who.joined together on this issue. RCS officers received pressure from all corners ,but as is always there a few officials we can always find in department are always upright took right decision and threw out corrupt president.
It took us residents a lot of toll and exercise to continuously follow up with RCS and in the end the truth prevailed.
Thanks to RCS and specially Mr RAJESH (AR-CND) who took this bold step of issuing such order.
It's lesson for all future MC to come and example for all other CGHS in this forum to not to bend to injustice.
Special thanks to Mr Rejimon,who took this crusade against such heavyweight and was subsequently joined by many more members.

I have seen the Order passed by this gentleman asking for Rs. 15000 for doling out information which otherwise should be in public knowledge.   Let this be a good lesson (even for Mr. Singh) and all those high handed people should learn a chapter from this episode.   Rama

I am not sure but if i understood correctly the two flats being sold off in this society, there might be some corruption thing in the same. Also is breaking all RCS rules not a crime and if both of these are crime, is there any punishment as well for the same.

My taking is unless some punishment is given to the wrong doers in any setup be it govt or pvt., how will it be deterrent to the future ones.. I am not talking about this case but if i eat away say 10Lacs of society funds without following rules and wihtout approval from even 50% of residents, how will that be recovered. Isn't this a criminal act of its own?.

Like in most govt. cases, where people do corruption and are merely transferred, is that enough?

1st tried to resolve within four walls, when our voice were unheard and failed find solution only then reached to Registrar.

We all had apprehension about the RCS office , however, all that changed in this order.

 

This is also my request to all,  if you have GOOD MC please Support them.

In case you were not fortunate then, please wake up and deal firmly by taking confidence of members. Its important we get enough people on board, people are relucent normaly but when it affect them they come and join you.

As a society is just like a small country.

 

Mr. Malik below mentioned it is not 14.4 Lac, Our Society have annual Collection of over 50 lac and huge surplus cash reseves in Crores as FD. So there is EAGLE eye  corrupt elements want pie of it.

 

It is also not possible to know how people are untill unless you test them giving power. The movement you give power you will see some of them changing.

 

Anyway along with Removal we have also moved for election and new Committe expected by 20th May. The administrator is mainly to get free and fair election.

 

This order also reveals.. people like the person in the order Mr. Joginder Singh  held such anti corruption watch dog, and who come on TV shows etc preach others about Anti- Corruption and transparency. While in real life what he is shown by this order revealed.

 

As a person he is nice but his ACTIONS!!.

 

You know to fight this kind of justice, had to gone through a lot of stress , insutls, and traumatic situations. One must be ready to face..,  as ANNA keep on saying.. "INSULT Sahne ki SHAKTI hona Chahiye" I am not Anna, I am not Bhagt Singh, Nor Gandhi, Nor Subhash..  But I inspire all these people at least a bit.

I also knows that I am not 100% Right always. But if I am convinced and it is in the larger interest I GO FOR IT. I was lucky got support from Members and Residents.

 

If we have good society administration , we all could be relaxed and work for outside area around.

 

So fight for your rights not FEAR, if we are with Truth, the Win will be on our side. We can win on MERITs.

Mr. Malik mentioned below Law is working slowly & it depend how we use it & in some case we will be lucky.
