Dear All

As per statement made by Dwarka police to a group of residents, they are bound to protect your house in your absence, while you are away on vacation, provided you inform them in advance in writing.

Therefore, those who are planning to go out in summer vacation, please inform your area PS before going out to enable them depute a PS staff to protect your house from theft.

Share your experiences with other fellow citizens.

Regards

Vinod,

Of course it is a crude joke (but played by the Police). I was present there when the DF team went to meet the Police. The subject discussion cropped up when the Police was adamant in stating that ""VIP"" is important (whether retired or serving) !!. In polite terms, the police used the phrases "we should respect the position".

When the VIP went for a holiday, the police posted a personnel outside his flat and when this was raised with a question, whether the police will provide this service to common man, without blinking, the ACP said ""YES"" and we regularly do this when we are intimated in advance. That was quite shocking for all of us - as in practice it can never happen. The police has a senior citizen watch scheme but surely won't guard the house when the resident is out for HOLIDAYS !!!!

The meeting was essential but it ended up without any results except some artificial greetings. It was indeed a jolt when such senior officers unleash fear on law abiding citizens - that too for just scoring a point... The police also live under some ""unknown fear"" - that's what I can gather from that meeting.

Next month from June 19 to 22 to Haridwar, I will be going out. Please inform the modalities so that I can apply for the protection of my House by the Delhi Police.

Though, Mukesh Ambani is ready to pay to the Govt. for his personal security, the HC or SC has issued notice to the govt. on this saying when there is a shortage of Police force for aam admi, (common people), Govt. need to clarify/ explain this decision.

Dear All,
Please be careful and never disclose about you flat as I have been victim writing time and again against the Area DCP South West Dwarka Anil Kumar Ojha who has been involved directly in trespassing and capturing flat and if you happen to fail to cough up extortion money to get back your flat then they will implicate you in false case and make your life more horrible.

I remember a case when a BSF Sub Inspector filed an application with police about accident with his brand new  scooter. When friends advised him that he will get only skelton of the scooter back at the end and many many  court dates  in bonus, the poor sub inspector had to please the police with value to withdraw his own application. The FIR was not registered by then.

In my own case, I suffered sever head injury in a fatal accident and remained under treatment in AIIMS for ten years. While I was not even in walkable condition, our dearest police did not oblige me with a single peace of relevant paper without cost though I was greeted warmly and offered tea etc every time by them because a high ranking police officer, who became Commissioner of Delhi Police after some time,  had given them a phone call to take care of me.

WE MUST THANK DILLI POLICE FOR ALL THEIR SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS WITH US.

While closing the meeting the ACP also left it upon Mr. Rejimon to settle he matter between themselves but yesterday we were in Sector-9 Police station court where the police has filed a case of disturbing peace and tranqullity against Reji.

Say  thanks to the police for their cooperation, support and protection.
