Dear All,             Please be careful and never disclose about you flat as I have been victim writing time and again against the Area DCP South West Dwarka Anil Kumar Ojha who has been involved directly in trespassing and capturing flat and if you happen to fail to cough up extortion money to get back your flat then they will implicate you in false case and make your life more horrible. Such messages should not be exchanged in the open forum without documentary proofs and therefore, I put my reaction to that on hold. Such mails should be exchanged between person to person directly.  Even it may not be legally safe to exchange on dfgb as the opposite party can plead that dfgb is also a public platform as its mails are exchanged among about 10 gb members.

Please exchange this between Jitendra Sharma ji and with President, VP, General Secretary on their individual e-mails.  As per law, forwarding defamatory mails is a defamation. However, if we have proofs, there is no defamation of any sort and need not worry about anything. I hope that Jitendra ji is well aware about this stipulation and I do not want any unnecessary harassment for him. Shri Ojha is now Additional CP, no more DCP.  After addl. CP, I think next step is CP.

Dear All,            Thanks to Police Complaints Authority of Delhi Government who have taken up my case and accordingly Vigilance inquiry had initiated due to them against erring Police Officials. Arm twisting, Black mailing,extortion demand or else get lodged in fabricated case was there. So finally I had to lodge an compalint in Dwarka South PS of sector 9 to take my case and the DDNo. 37B dated 4/3/2013 is against Area DCP Anil Ojha to Dwarka South PS with no action yet. JT.CP, Vigilance and also to NHRC and then to Police complaints authority.
