Suggestion:Assuming your society has one common meter and separate sub meters thru the main meter for each flat. Assume the reading is 100 in the main meter. Please add readings of all submeters and subtract from 100. This will give you the units for common areas. Divide this by the number of flats (whether it is vacant or occupied). This together with the reading in sub meter is the consumption of each member, which multipied with current rate is the amount payable by each member. The fixed charges by BSES are to be apporioned on each member equally.
