Dear Sirs,

I am attaching herwith one General Body meeting notice published today
for meeting of 13th may,2012. Please see the contents and i seek your
valuable suggestions. My few questions are without giving 21 days
notice how can he call a meeting. Without nominations or election
date how he can conduct an election. What is the role of police
deptt..., blood relations as well as participation of business
/shop owners etc.

Sorry there is no attachment.
But I want to add one thing notice period of 21 days doesn't work if it has been passed by a general Body that even for lesser days of notice is accepted.
