    For getting the Flat allotted the Society requires Provisional Occupancy Certificate(P.O.C.) which is given by D.D.A. and Completion Certificate (C.C.) is not required for allotment of Flats by D.D.A., once Flat is allotted and occupancy certificate is given by the Society, there is no hitch for getting the Flat Free Hold from D.D.A.
