To best of my knowledge per unit cost is not increased in Noida/Greater Noida area since 2011. The current per unit rates are as follows:

Upto 200 units - Rs 3.45 per unit

Beyond 200 units - Rs 3.80 per unit

However w.e.f. 1st Oct 12, they have imposed 8% regulatory charges.
