Subject: Re: [DSpace] Business ADSL in Dunedin

Orcon's systems went down recently for 1/2 a day for a contact of mine.
They run hundreds of emails addresses via orcon, and they were getting
no service for that time.  Initially emails were bounced back to senders
saying the email addresses didn't exist, later they were simply not
accepted at all.

I have no insight into it, but I suspect there may have been a database
failure that caused it.

It didn't affect their ADSL line.

Cheers,
Alex
