Hi,

I have just started using Duke and I am experiencing some trouble. For some reason I get no matches using the following setup (see attached files). Any help is appreciated.

statoil.csv
statoil.xml

Your configuration looks fine, but the CSV file is a problem. It has only a single line, and thus only a single record. You need to put in line breaks after each of the names. Once you do that everything should work fine.

Ehh... sorry about that. I am actually trying to use Duke with a jdbc data source, but for some reason I got no matches. Hoping to get at quick answer on this forum I changed it to a csv source and exported the result of the sql query to csv.

And now I found the error in my configuration file! It seems I had managed to write "colums" instead of "column" for my NAME-property. That is why I got no matches.

That would indeed explain it. :-)

Sorry about this. It's actually trivial to validate the config file and discover this kind of error. Unfortunately, that involves an extra dependency (jing.jar). So far I've not wanted to do that, but perhaps it's worth the bother for the users, after all.
