Neighbors,

There will be a workshop Saturday, Sept. 29 to generate ideas and solutions for a mixed use development on the former Kennedy Homes site.  The city now owns the property which is at 1717 SE 8th Ave.  The CRA is charged with developing the site.

The workshop is being held by a UF landscape architecture class.  It begins at 9:00am and will be held at the GTEC building in Suite 101.  GTEC is located at 2135 SE Hawthorne Rd.

Hopefully, some of you can attend and give input.    Mary
