re. queue point for plot R096from mazaya

anybody who has invested in queue point R096, pls join hands, after
paying for 9 months, mazaya did not even start construction. we need
to talk with mazaya in a group to have equal position to developer.

I have bought in R020, no construction either - as suggested by the group -we need to form a Mazaya members group to co-ordinate issues
Ludmila  - lyam...@macdavidson.com represents some Mazaya investors already.
I will keep your email address on my list too.

Hi,
I suggest all MAZAYA investors in which ever project they are to come
forward to force them to accept construction progress linked payment
plan for all projects under construction as delivery of projects is
not assured & for most of the projects they have already collected
50% or more.

I believe one has to approch RERA and have then provide us with the
list of buyer so that contact could be established in wider aspect.

Rera will not provide this list.i ONCE AGAIN call for all buyers to
come forward for collective actions to pay only based on construction
linked plan from now on as they hv already collected 50% or more.They
are unlikely to deliver Mazaya Business Avenue project before Dec2010.

I have 3 units in Mazaya Quepoint RO73 and have friends who have bought some more units in the same building.
I have paid 20% and the developer has issued a Legal notice (Final ) giving me till march 3 for the next payment
Our payment schedule is 30: 70
The Developers do not even have the necessary permits to start construction
I can accumualte some more guys to join us in case if you want to go to Mazaya,let me know any time

Pl collect as many investors as possible & register formal complain
with RERA ASAP to safe guard your interest.

Dear Paul
I have been to RERA umpteen times and also the RERA court
They keep saying it is EScrow and Mazaya very strong Your money is
safe etc keep paying it is scrap they are of no help atall.
I have also consulted some Lawers for registring the case, will keep
you updated incase of some progress

Today is my happiest day ! I won the case against Mazaya for Quene Point project R096 & real estate committee order Mazaya to pay me !
