Our Welcome Letter

Verily! All the praise is due to Allâh we praise Him we seek His assistance, we seek His forgiveness, we seek refuge in Allâh from the evil of ourselves and the evil of our actions. Whomsoever Allâh guides, then none can misguide and whomsoever Allâh misguides then none can guide. We bear witness that there is no God except Allâh alone without any partners and We bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and messenger,

“O you who believe! Fear Allâh (by doing all that He has ordered and by abstaining from all that He has forbidden) as He should be feared. (Obey Him, be thankful to Him, and remember Him always), and die not except in a state of Islâm (as Muslims (with complete submission to Allâh)).” [1]

“O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife (Hawwâ (Eve)) and from them both He created many men and women; and fear Allâh through Whom you demand (your mutual rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allâh is Ever an All-Watcher over you.” [2]

“O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allâh and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth.

He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger (peace be upon him), he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and will be admitted to Paradise).” [3]

As for what follows:

Therefore, indeed the best Speech is the Book of Allah, and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (sallalaahu alayhi wasallaam), and the worst of affairs are those that are innovated, for every innovated affair is a heresy (bid’ah) and every heresy is an act of misguidance and every misguidance is in the Fire.

Dear beloved sisters in Al-Islam! We are happy to accept you to our online sisters study circle known as Dawah-tus-Salafiyyah Sisters Book Club (DTSSBC) where you can find various materials to aid you in your studies. The Dawah-tus-Salafiyyah Sisters Book Club was established in Muharram 1424^A.H. /March 2003^C.E. in a sincere attempt to address this sadden condition of the Muslims, sisters in particular and the Muslims Ummah in general on an individual and then collective basis. Allâh the Most High says:

“Verily! Allâh will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state (of goodness) themselves (by committing sins and by being ungrateful and disobedient to Allâh).” [4]

Our Goals:

—Is to establish a firm Aqeedah and Manhaj base off of Kitaab and Sunnah with the understanding of the way of the rightly guided predecessors.
—Islamic Personality where as we as women can identify ourselves in our position in this glorious Deen known as Al-Islaam, such as morals and manners.
—Help our sisters to build strong Islamic libraries in their homes.
—Helping our sisters to build a strong study regiment by reading the monthly read and revering back to previous books that have been read. Also, utilizing the worksheet and study guides which will help with the comprehension as well as reading articles which can be shared and discussed amongst one another.
—Building a strong sisterhood base on loving each other for the sake of Allah seeking knowledge of His religion by way of sharing lecture notes, class’s notes or transcribed tapes.
