Tiny correction to 18West rulebook

The 13.3 table at the end of rules has footnote (1) attached to it,
but the UP entry doesn't have it marked, just a cosmetic error.

Table 13.3, footnote (1) references the NP. Is that what you meant? And if
so, the reference is in the "Starting City" column. It's possible it should
be in the "Destination" column as well.

Argh, could have sworn that first time that I read that footnote it
said UP not NP and no wonder I didn't find where that footnote should
have been.

But you are right, I think that it would be logical to have that
footnote in both the home city and destination columns, as the tokens
change by reaching the destination.
