[FW1] SMTP Max HOP counts

Hi, I have installed eSafe Protect Gateway as a CVP Server for mail content (virus, attachements,..)
but when I try to mail one file or message, even a simple text, I receive this :

"554 too many hops 31 (30 max): form..." and there 's no alias loop at the recipient.

My F-1 box is on NT 4.0 SP3 <no choice> and the sendmail 8 server is on a SunOS 5.5.

Any idea ??

PS : the other service (FTP and HTTP) are good.
