Rails developers needed for web app team

Hello everyone! I've been to a few DSM Web Geeks meetings in the past,
but I'm willing to bet that many may not know who I am. My name is
Mike Templeton and I'm starting a thread here because I am part of a
project that is seeking additional Rails developers.

I am part of a team that is building a place-based social networking
utility called Flaggpole (http://www.flaggpole.com). Our project
started out on PHP, but recently we've relaunched everything on the
Rails platform and could use some additional help to keep things
moving. What we are looking for is someone who could spare roughly 10
hours per week to help out on the project, in exchange for
compensation in the form of shares in the project.

Things are moving along at a good pace right now, but we would really
benefit from the assistance of another developer or two. We've got
lofty goals and big plans, but we've also got a great team to back us
up.
