Written", your son should very much be provided an aide and should also have
a program directed at helping him maintain his IEP goals and objectives in

I would think that they would have to at least provide an aide for the
program that they already offer. If they can't/won't I would then
think that they would have to provide transportation to a district
that does provide the type of programing that your child needs. I

Our son's teacher has documented that, due to the amount he regresses
over the summer, he should receive extended school year services. The
program that is offered through our local school district is for
students in 2nd grade through high school (all together) and is more
of a social "life skills" program - not academic.

Hi, my daughter had similar constipation problem... I recall those
days when we had to put this medicine Microlax into her rectum to help
soften her stools. My PD has then advised us to give a little
Lactulose Solution into her milk. He told us that this medicine is
"external" and as such will pass out from her body. No effect on her

My daughter who is now 2 1/2 also had severe constipation we also tried everything, we had to give her a fleet enema every 3rd day to get her to go mira lax was the only thing that helped a little bit but not completely....she started taking probiotics, which is just natural flora that is normally found in a healthy digestive system, this has helped a lot. I suggest they talk to someone who does OMM, oscular muscle minipulation there is a great peds doctor through metro, Dr. Laura Tinnings, I think she is at Breton Health in grand rapids, OMM is a little bit like chiropractor and muscular movement they do a lot with reflux and constipation.
