In the past week (since 2012-03-16):

New deposits from integrated journals: 20 (0 are queued due to journal-requested publication blackout)
New deposits from non-integrated journals: 10 (9 are queued)
New submissions to the review workspace: 8
 
9 of the 10 new deposits from non-integrated journals were submitted ahead of article publication and are in a hidden queue. They are associated with articles to appear in the following journals: Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution (2 submissions), Ecosphere (will be a new journal in Dryad), Genetics, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, Science, Journal of Ecology (will be a new journal in Dryad), The Plant Cell, BMC Evolutionary Biology. The remaining non-integrated submission was submitted simultaneously with the publication of the associated article in Proceedings of the Royal Society B. Additionally, 3 previously queued submissions entered the public repository upon publication of the associated articles in the following journals: BMC Biology (116th journal), PhytoKeys (117th journal), PLoS ONE.

5 of the 8 new deposits from non-integrated journals were submitted ahead of article publication and are in a hidden queue. They are associated with articles to appear in the following journals: PLoS ONE (3 submissions), BMC Research Notes (will be a new journal in Dryad), Ecology (will be a new journal in Dryad). The remaining 3 non-integrated submissions were submitted after publication of the associated articles in the following journals: BMC Biology, Evolution (an integrated journal, but this submission was not via integration and for a 2002 article), Systematic Biology (an integrated journal, but this submission was not via integration and for a 2010 article).

Additionally, 7 previously queued submissions entered the public repository upon publication of the associated articles in the following journals: ZooKeys, Current Biology, American Journal of Botany (2 submissions), Journal of Biogeography, mBio (118th journal), Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution.
