In the past week (since 2012-09-28):

New deposits from integrated journals: 10 (0 are queued due to
journal-requested publication blackout)
New deposits from non-integrated journals: 10  (8 are queued)
New submissions to the review workspace: 8
Previously queued deposits that became public this week: 8

Non-integrated journals with new submissions accepted in the publication
blackout queue:
* Evolutionary Ecology (will be a new journal in Dryad)
* Proceedings of the Royal Society B (2 submissions)
* Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B
* Biology Letters
* Oecologia
* PLoS ONE
* a forthcoming scholarly book published by Princeton University Press
(will be first book with data in Dryad)

Non-integrated journals with new deposits associated with already published
articles:
* Current Science (156th journal)
* PLoS ONE

Journals associated with previously queued submissions that became public
this week:
* Proceedings of the Royal Society B (5 submissions)
* Biology Letters (3 submissions)

The journal counter on the homepage is still off by two, currently
displaying 158 instead of 156.
