• MSA-UNITED Event
• This is taking place October 20th with all the other MSAs- We all decided along with Islamic Relief to switch the focus from Syria to West Africa crisis since it is often ignored and they are in need of help.
  
• Have a welcome back event on campus to fundraise and recruit
• When: 9/13 2012 4pm-8pm
  
• Where:Outside in front of the UC
  
• Budget: $150 max
  
• What:
• Snacks (Pita and Hummus, Basbousa, Brownies and such)- apprx. $90
• Iced Tea and Coffee
• Hookah
  
• Sell: Bracelets (Weaved and plastic)
• Posters by Salma
• Do Henna ($7 a tube (4 tubes)= $28 
• Other Event Ideas
• Pink Shabbat with Hillel- They want to do it OCTOBER 5TH , Should have confirmation soon 
• Eid al Adha Dinner- November 1st, Crawford Hall
• Finding a new prayer/ MSA space since we're being kicked out of Annex

also ive called around for estimates and so far 1 place, Abu Ras said they will give us 1 tray of hummus and 1 baba ghanoush and 100 pc of falafel and bread for 100. bu, im going to have my brother call and talk to the guy to work out a better deal and I,m also going to have him call another place caalled Zam Zam. If there,s another place you guys would like me to call let me know.
