Java and Objective-C job URL generator

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody has a Java and/or Objective-C URL generator library they could share with me.

I need to generate URLs "on the fly" from an Android and iOS app and would rather not reinvent the wheel. I'm using the url_format '/:job'.
