Summary of Contents   COMMODITIES BUZZ Soy oil: Rumours of another duty cut Rumours that the central government might remove the 4% special additional duty on imported edible oils to check the price rise and last month's cut in the customs duty on some edible oils should keep the sentiment bearish. The international scenario too has been very dull, which would also not help the counter.
