Subject: EX-1R problem...

Sony EX-1 owners, I have a problem.

When I change either the gain or the white balance selector switch, I get a
"Cannot Proceed" error message.
I've never seen this before. It's not in the "Error Warning Indication"
listing in the Operating Instructions.

I've powered down/rebooted, looked for relevant menu settings, to no avail.
In "Full Auto," both gain and white balance adjust correctly.

Anyone ever seen this?

Thanks,

*-M.*

Problem solved with a call to Sony Profession Support.
Camera was in "Direct Mode."
Now it's not.
All is good.

Thanks to Anthony Burokas for the tip to call Sony, even the number!
