Well... Red Cilantro Media in coordination with i2i Productions (aka Pamela Rueda and Stephen Cabrero) have been doing this for a long time. We are certified translators, producers, editors and voiceover talents. We have studio vo facilities and provide turnaround service from scripting, translating, transcribing, recording, dubbing, subtitling, etc --
We do voice translation for various languages. I have worked with local translators and then recorded them on site. For less common: flemish, japanese, etc we use translators/ voice talent abroad and record via isdn to complete whatever us needed. Let me know if we can help!
