19th, 2011 when Lafayette Jefferson High School hosts the EXTREME SHOW
CHOIR SHOWDOWN.
Greater Lafayette Commerce. Lafayette—West Lafayette Convention and
Visitors Bureau and the Friends of Downtown will have a stocked booth
of visitor information about the community and downtown.

You can participate too by providing us information that we can add to
the stock.This can be flyers, coupons, whatever you want. Keep in mind
that there will be 2,000 people attending all day and into the evening
so provide ample copies to go around.

There are also sponsorship opportunities, to get your business name
out in front of these2000 people as well as to support a worthy event.

Please bring your information to Greater Lafayette Commerce by
February 17th, 12:00 noon for inclusion at the information table.

School is hosting the Extreme Show Choir Showdown on Saturday,
February 19, 2011. More than 20 high school choirs from across the
Midwest are participating in this
inaugural event.

Sponsorships are still available at various monetary levels, offering
you the opportunity to be a key partner in this inaugural event. Venue
sponsorships for the auditorium and large choir room range from $500
to $1,500 each. Trophy sponsorships are available from $100 to $375.

The Lafayette Jeff Choir Department is a registered 501(3c)
organization, so your sponsorship qualifies as a tax deduction. The
deadline to register as a sponsor for this exciting event is February
4.

The Extreme Show Choir Showdown will include mixed show choirs, unisex
show choirs, mixed concert choirs and a solo competition. The event
runs from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the new Rohrman Performing Arts Center
and its state-of-the-art Richard Jaeger Theatre.

We hope you will join us on Feb. 19 for The Extreme Show Choir
Showdown,helping us celebrate this very special day in the storied
history of Jeff High School music. A volunteer from Lafayette Jeff
