What does the following exception mean?

DotNetOpenAuth.Messaging.ProtocolException: No OpenID endpoint found.
---> System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements

DotNetOpenAuth.OpenId.RelyingParty.OpenIdRelyingParty.CreateRequest(Identifier

This most likely means that the supplied identifier did not return an XRDS or the required meta tags needed to look up the endpoint.
