MSBuild with more than one OutputPath

Cannot find web service running on server 
  I have an ASP page and a web service, both written in VB.NET 2003. When I test the ASP page on my local PC using the web service on my live web server, it works fine. performance profiler for unit tests 
  does anyone know any good (or any) performance profiler that can work on unit tests running from VisualStudio? How to read TimeZone Information from the windows registry with VB.Net TZI
