Not able to debug in VS 2005

Hi friends...

I'm doing a project in asp.net, vs2005..

But i can't debug from the breakpoints

I tried a lot to change but still in the same way. For this reason, it takes a lot of time for me to find the errors.

 

I added debug="true" in web config. But still the same.

I checked Debug n configuration manager and everything is correct there...

 

Can anyone suggest the solution to make it correct.

Hmmm... this would be a difficult problem to fix without first hand
exposure to the environment. I can only ask that you provide as much
detail as possible. For instance, what are the settings in the
Configuration manager? What is the build mode ? When you set
breakpoints, what does the tooltip say when you hover over a
breakpoint ? Have you checked the Breakpoints window - The breakpoints
could be set but disabled. They could also be conditional breakpoints.

Hi,

In the Configuration Manger The settings are

• Project-- C:/InetPub/....
• Configuraion-- Debug
• Platform--- .Net
• Build--- Checkbox is checked.

 

No tooltips wheni hover over a brakpoint. Simply giving as " At login.aspx.vb line 77 character 6 (btsubmit_click).

 

Last day i reinstalled the vs 2005.. But still the same. So im very much worried...
