"You probably don't care why I've done this, but if you don't even care about most of the details of this test, let me lay it on you short and sweet: Autofac, Castle.Windsor, and StructureMap put out some excellent, consistent numbers; Spring.Net is middle of the road; Ninject is consistently the slowest of the pack by several orders of magnitude; and finally Unity showed such a weird behavior that made me question both the validity of my approach and the sanity of its developers (mostly kidding, ctavares is awesome). Note: there's an update which examines some of the problems with Unity; you'll probably want to read it."

Legal o artigo Ygor!
Mes passado eu vi uma apresentacao do autor de um IoC container "lightweight" que, em tempo de inicializacao, gera em IL o mapeamento dos seus assemblies (cada classe e suas dependencias) e nao usa reflection etc...Diz o autor que eh bastante rapido.
O nome eh Hiro IoC container (o blog do author explicando ta aqui: http://bit.ly/qXNjjO e o codigo do IoC http://code.google.com/p/hiro/) caso interesse dar uma olhada!
Parece ate que tem um outro projeto parecido (baseado no Hiro) que conseguiu uns resultados ainda melhores! (https://github.com/seesharper/LightInject/wiki/Performance).
Nao cheguei a testa-los em aplicacao comercial, mt menos escrever os bench marks (to contente com o Unity por enquanto), mas achei a ideia interessante!

Apenas complementando, o próprio Philip Mat, autor do artigo de speedy
test postado acima, escreveu um outro post após uma conversa com os
responsáveis pelo Unity, dizendo que o fato de verificar se uma
dependência está registrada denigre muito a performance. Ele refez os
benchmarks e postou novamente. Vale a pena ler os dois. Segue o link:
