I'll be there too but not until a bit later - probably towards 8.30.

I'm bringing someone else this time so I've managed to sneak a lift.

See you all there.

Cool, I've invited a few new people, not 100% sure they will come.

I was going to suggest we try and organise dates for the next 6+ months so we don't have to panic about where we are going to meet every month. Stephen suggested maybe the odd weekend meetup, maybe a BBQ some where?

Look forward to meeting up tomorrow.

Dave

I like the idea of a BBQ. I'm definitely up for that.

Hi,

I'm a probably no-show, again. Too much on, *again*. :-(

Cheers, Ralph.

I'll bring along Mary & Top Poppendieck's "Implementing Lean Software Development" - not particularly colourful though I'm afraid :-)

Hey - we're doing better than we used to :-)

BBQ sounds like a plan. I'd suggest my house - but we've just been given notice (landlord rebuilding.... grrr).

Did you manage to arrange dates for next six months?

If so, I can start some balls a-rolling...

We talked about it - but didn't do it.

How about...

May Poole
Jun Bournemouth
Jul Dorchester
Aug Wareham
Sep Poole
Oct Bournemouth

Reasonable?

Hi, sorry been really busy - will post some notes from the Wareham meetup soon.

We kind of agreed Dorchester, Wareham, Poole, Bournemouth... back to Dorchester again etc...

So if my brian is working, the 3rd Wednesday of each month would be as follows...

May 16th - Poole
Jun 20th -  Bournemouth
Jul 18th - Dorchester
Aug 15th - Wareham
Sep 19th - Poole
Oct 17th - Bournemouth
Nov 21st - Dorchester
Dec 19th - Wareham

I thought it would make sense to list all year, although might ne nice to have some kind of dinner in December? We also talked about BBQs, and thought an extra meetup at the weekend in June, July and August might be fun. I'm happy to host a BBQ here (Corfe Castle) we can always retire to one of the four pubs if the weather turns bad :-)

We probably need some suggestions for Pubs, but I think Tom Brows in Dorchester is good and the Duke of Wellington or Kings Arms in Wareham are probably the best.

Est Dorset Camra have suggested the Blue Boar in Poole is good (think we went there once before and it was full of...) anyway, could be worth another visit?

The Goat and Tricycle in Bournemouth? Any other suggestions?

Right, back to work... nothing to see here...

Hey

Did we go to Blue Boar... Are you talking years ago?? ;) We went to
The George coz it's near work for me, and well yes, Poole is Poole!!
Personally, I would suggest Ashley X as it's a bit nicer, which is
where Parkstone Station is? Bermuda Triangle there is my fave, or
plenty of bars (Camden is probably the best). In Poole, I usually go
to The Portsmouth Hoy on Poole Quay, but I'm sure all much of a
muchness - loads of wanky bars down on the quay now too...

Obviously I'll say yes to Goat and Tricycle as it's my local, but
don't mind anywhere really. BBQ sounds fab - we should def do
that :)))

xx
