Upgrade to 2.1

Hello,
we are upgrading from 1.9.2.1 to 2.1 version. When I try to run the 2.1 version, the upgrade task fails. Here is the log:

How can we solve this?

you need to get to 1.9.3.2 or so first.

Couldn't find 1.9.3.2 version, so I tried 1.9.5.1. After trying to update to 1.9.5.1, following errors occurs:

The home screen is giving dotCMS: 500

Any ideas?

Sorry, I have deleted the post, I tried the 1.9.5.1 version and it failed, as is written above.
Any ideas?
