[dorkbotpdx-blabber] old laptops to recycle

I have three old laptops I want to get rid of.

One is a very ancient 386 with grey scale LCD. Another is either a 486 (maybe early Pentium). Third is an old Thinkpad, probably Pentium-m. Maybe I should try turning them on to check what's inside.

I also have a Tivo (without hard drive, uses PATA). Motherboard capable of running some sort of Linux system.

Should I bring these in for the Dorkbot give away table, or just take directly to electronics recycling?

What model is that old Thinkpad?
I'm kinda a thinkpad collector (though I only have two.)

If it's a 600-series, I'm all over it.
Otherwise, I'd like to get ahold of it, unless someone else has need.
