Hey there, group. I'm pretty new to the Dorkbot community, and have so far only attended the PDX Summer Party. I've been having trouble with burning bootloaders to ATMega 168 and 328 chips. I've been attempting to use the Arduino as ISP option, as I have to devices, but that has met with no success. This has all been with the assistance of the IRC channel. I would like to request that someone bring a programmer to assist me in burning the bootloader to an ATMega168-P, and an ATMega328-P. Or, barring that, assist me in sussing out the issue with my Arduino as ISP setup.

Currently, I have a BBB with a working ATMega 168, and a Dorkboard that I have been trying to use as the Target board for Arduino as ISP.

Thank you all, any assistance will be much appreciated.

I'll bring a programmer to the next Monday meeting. For the PARTS swarmbot project, we have been using the ArduinoISP code on a teensy to do the programming so I know it can be made to work. Laen has made a breakout board which makes it easy to use the teensy as a programmer, but I'm sure the code will work on any 168/328 based Arduino clone as well.
