The Second Technological Art showcase it shaping up to be spectacular! Many artists will be premiering their work here and music will be provided by the DJ duo TIPOL.

Jeremy Rotsztain
Action Painting
The project uses moving visual elements sync'd to sampled from popular action films as compositional material to create projected works in the style of abstract expressionist painters such as Jackson Pollock.

Jesse Banks
Zen Generator
an analogy between the quantum and macro worlds, a window into the inner workings of the universe. The system turns in a predicable manner based on the cumulative effect of hundreds of random magnetic repulsions.

Beaver Skull
'Techno Taxidermy' exists on several layers of dichotomy; it is alive and dead while simultaneously rustic and techy. The skull and backdrop are infused with color and light bringing motion and animation to the inert remnant of a marvelous creature.

Thomas Hudson
Financial Wiz Bang
An audio/visual representation of the Financial System that consists of stringing together many weeks and months of 5 second audio clips of the Stock Exchange 'drama' and an LED board (that is a visual indicator) of the Dow Jones Industrial Average ups and downs to highlight the foolish nature of the roller coaster ride

Cameron Adamez
Conversation Piece
The classic Dixie Cup communication device takes on a modern twist... Two tin cans (placed away from each other at opposing ends), separated either by distance or a window in a wall, such that the people talking to each other must be able to see each other but cannot hear each other easily, talk and listen through the cans.

Timothy C Moorehead
Untitled
Animatronic Sculpture

Shannon Willis
Sexnology
A table serves as a topographical "map" made from silicone knobs containing wires that are hooked up to a processor underneath. Transparent silicone makes up the undulating form of the base of the platform. Viewers can hold up and use objects to illicit responses from the platform, which will light up or vibrate as the users effectively turns it on.

Judy Jacobson
Companion 1
A 10 by 10 array of incandescent bulbs that responds to the human voice. The first in a series of works exploring ways inanimate objects offer comfort and companionship.

Donald Delmar Davis
Stephens Light Switch
A switch controlling power in unknown locations across the globe. 'In my house there's this light switch that doesn't do anything. Every so often I would flick it on and off just to check. Yesterday, I got a call from a woman in Switzerland. She said, "Cut it out."' -- Steven Wright

Dan Tower
Indoor Sundial
It has a sundial face and a lamp on an arm that slowly swings in a arc throughout the day to shine and cast a shadow that shows the correct time.

Petr Sorfa
Ytt Helmets
Naked models and advertisements accompany these tantilizing, futuristic and exotic helmets of light.

Tim Klein
Yin Yang
Contemplates the QR code as an analogue of that symbol.
