Hello,
I want to encrypt a local folder to syncronise it with a remote backup service.
I would like to have the encfs4win local drive NOT encripting the names of the files. This way in case of restore it will be faster to find the specific file to restore from the remote server.
Can encfs4windo this? How?
Thanks

If you setup your crypted directory using command line and expert mode
you'll be able to setup no name encryption.
In the spare time I'm working on adding an extra dialog to configure
every settings using GUI and be able to compile using Visual Studio,
but my spare time is actually very few so don't count on it.

Thanks for your asnwer.
But I don't see any oprion on the command line for expert mode. What's the oprtion for expert mode?
I only see these Common Options: -H show optional FUSE Mount Options -s disable multithreaded operation -f run in foreground (don't spawn daemon). Error messages will be sent to stderr instead of syslog. -v, --verbose verbose: output encfs debug messages -i, --idle=MINUTES Auto unmount after period of inactivity --anykey Do not verify correct key is being used --forcedecode decode data even if an error is detected (for filesystems using MAC block headers) --public act as a typical multi-user filesystem (encfs must be run as root) --reverse reverse encryption
Thanks
