Dokan Mounter crash ?

After running my Dokan application for a while, I start getting
mounter.exe service to crash.
When mounting, I typically get the following error stream from Dokan :
Dokan: use stderr
device opened
send release
Dokan Error: DefineDosDevice Failed
send release
Failed to unmount :
failed to transact named pipe: 109
And then the Dokan mounter crashes. Only way out is to restart the
Windows XP machine.
Am I hitting a bug or something weird in my Dokan usage ?
