This is the solution:
move this line $manager->setAttribute(Doctrine::ATTR_MODEL_LOADING, Doctrine::MODEL_LOADING_CONSERVATIVE); from the bootstrap file to other file like index.php. that attribute has issues with doctrine cli-tasks You must Sign in before you can post messages.
