Subject: Generate SQL queries to check referential integrity of database for you

To avoid problems with referential integrity, it is possible to have some
SQL generated (at least for MySQL) that can check this for all tables.

It might be an idea to add it to the console tools, added a feature request
for it here, but can already be used as inspiration:
