hi,

i found the error message when persisting a document with a manually
assigned id that already exists highly confusing "Detached document
passed to persist()"

for the phpcr-odm we could change it like this
https://github.com/doctrine/phpcr-odm/pull/184

but lukas put in that we should be consistent among the doctrine
implementations. not sure if its exactly the same, input is welcome.
