	DocViewer Spinning?

	In looking at the PHP script that encrypts the username and password (from the docstoc site) I cannot determine what values should be included for IV and NUSOAP_PATH. 	tried to request API keys several times . form does not seem to work.

Authenticate User

Hi, I want to upload to upload document to docstoc api but it needs authentication. In the authentication overview, it is stated that we must use encrypt the username and password in the url along with apikey. I don't know how to encrypt using Rijndael algorithm.
